Experienced real estate broker, specializing in residential sales in the metro Atlanta area. Areas of expertise include condo, single family and luxury homes sales and marketing, buyer representation and relocation, new construction and builder services.
A Georgia native, and an intown Atlanta resident since 1991, I began my career in real estate in 2005. I was awarded "New Agent of the Year" after just 10 months and was consistently acknowledged as one of the Top Sales Agents in the company.
In 2008, I earned my broker's license and moved to co-own and manage a boutique, 20+ agent real estate firm in Inman Park.
In 2012, after 4 successful years in a challenging market, I embraced an opportunity to hang up my management hat and join industry leader, Keller Williams Realty as an Associate Broker where I am focused solely on residential real estate sales and my personal clients. I am consistently ranked in the "Top Five" individual agents in the Keller Williams Realty Intown Atlanta office and gladly serve on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC).
My commitment to superior service, along with strong negotiation skills, has helped garner a following of loyal repeat and referral clients. By continuing my education in buyer services, luxury homes, new construction, and green building, to name a few, I am able to provide expertise to my clients in many areas.
Prior to real estate I enjoyed a successful 15-year career in marketing, development, sales and consulting in the non-profit sector. With an extensive marketing background and interest, I strive to think outside of the box and stay ahead of the curve, leveraging technology as much as possible to further client business and sales.
I am a 2008 graduate and active member of Leadership Dekalb, a founding board member of Athena's Warehouse, and frequently volunteer in the Atlanta non-profit community. The Atlanta Beltline is also of particular interest to me and I enjoy hosting Beltline 101 sessions monthly and spearheading our company's adoption of a segment Eastside Trail. You can also find me cheering on my Atlanta Dream (WNBA), to which I serve as a volunteer Ambassador.
I am a 1991 graduate of Valdosta State Univeristy with a BFA in Communications/Public Relations, a Chi Omega alum and past Chapter President.
