Brett is a licensed broker in both Georgia and Texas. Brett is a multiple market center Operating Principal for Keller Williams Realty International for the Heart of Atlanta Group in Metro Atlanta, Georgia & Rockwall, Texas leading over 1,900+ Keller Williams Agent Partners. He currently lives in Atlanta, GA with his family.
In February 2021, Brett partnered with Rick Hale to take over the Heart of Atlanta Group of Keller Williams Realty offices. Rick founded the organization and stepped back when Brett took over. Originally the group was 5 offices and has grown to 6 franchise locations and 10 physical offices throughout Georgia.
Brett served 3 years (2017-2020) as the Executive Leadership Director for the SouthEast Region of Keller Williams Realty International. He joined Kay Evans, Bob Kilinski & Cheryl Sadoti on the Leadership Team. Brett worked with 60 offices throughout Alabama, Tennessee & Georgia to coach, train and develop the executive leadership teams including the Operating Principal, Team Leader and Market Center Administrator. He was instrumental part of growing the region to over 13,500+ agents under his tenure.
Prior to moving to Atlanta, Georgia, Brett joined the Dallas Preston Road market center in February 2008 as CEO/Team Leader and continued to lead its success through May 2017. Under his leadership the Dallas Preston Road office grew to over 615 agents, finishing 2016 with $1.5 Billion in sales and ranked Top 10 internationally for KWRI.
Additionally Brett was asked by Dianna Kokoszka in January 2016 to become a MAPS Leadership Coach. In 2021 Brett earned his way to the exclusive Executive Coaching level of MAPS Coaching. He currently coaches Operating Partners around the globe for MAPS Coaching. They focus primarily around the Models and Systems set forth by Keller Williams International and the client’s goals.
His prior experience includes selling real estate for the Keller Williams Plano, Texas Market Center. He sold for more than 6 years focusing on the North Dallas, Plano and Frisco areas. He maintains his Texas real estate brokers license while his passion has been redirected from selling real estate to coaching successful agents.
After selling real estate and prior to his leadership journey, he became the Vice President in charge of Business Development, including account management and customer relations for Republic Title of Texas. Three years into his career in the Title business, he believed he had a larger purpose to help people accomplish their goals and dreams.
In 2007, he became the Team Leader, Director of Growth for Keller Williams Frisco, Texas. While in Frisco, he helped launch and open the Keller Williams Prosper/Celina/Gunter, Texas office and owns part of that office as an investor.
Brett graduated from Texas Tech University with a Marketing degree and minor in Management Information Systems. He is a graduate of MetroTex Association of Realtors Leadership program and facilitated a portion of the program for 7 years. He served on the Board of Directors for a number of years for the Collin County Association of Realtors. His hobbies and interests include spending time with his wife Carolina and his step-daughter Nathalie, friends, two dogs, music, traveling, going to the lake, golf, basketball and movies. They attend Buckhead Church in Atlanta, GA.
